⚠️ Important: Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Hydration Packs (due to direct mouth contact and hygiene concerns)
  • Any items showing signs of use, wear, or damage not present at shipment

This policy applies to all Hydration Packs regardless of condition.
