We understand that sometimes a product might not be the perfect fit for your needs, which is why we’ve created a straightforward returns and exchanges process. Whether you’re returning a 31-40L Pack that didn’t suit your hiking style or exchanging a Technical Day Pack for a different size, we’re here to help.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order. This gives you ample time to test your gear and ensure it’s ready for your next adventure.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Item must be in original, unused condition
• All original tags and packaging must be intact
• Item must be in resalable condition
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Step-by-Step Return Process

1. Initiate Your Return Request
   Contact our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
2. Receive Return Authorization
   Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.
3. Package Your Item
   Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the original packing slip.
4. Ship Your Return
   Send the package to our returns center at:

5. Processing
   Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Processing Time

• Refund Initiation: 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
• Bank Processing: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
• Total Timeline: Typically 8-15 business days from when we receive your return

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

• Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, JCB – refunded to original card
• PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges to a different product or size:

• Follow the same return process outlined above
• Clearly specify the desired exchange item in your return request
• We’ll ship the new item once we receive and process your return
• Any price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly
